    Product Overview


    Cylinder assembly

    The connection between the boom and the turntable, the frame and the track beam, and the counterweight tray and the turntable are all connected by power pins driven by cylinders; the mast lifting cylinder, outrigger cylinder, and track tensioning cylinder make installation and disassembly more convenient; the control room is equipped with cylinders to realize the vertical flipping and horizontal rotation of the control room.


    Control room

    The leopard-head-shaped control room designed according to ergonomic principles has a gorgeous appearance, a wide field of vision, and is comfortable and convenient to operate.


    Frame

    The frame is a box-type radial structure, welded with high-strength steel plates, with good overall rigidity and high strength.


    Crawler traveling device

    The crawler travel device is divided into left and right crawler travel devices, which are composed of crawler frame, crawler shoe, supporting roller, driving wheel, guide wheel, sprocket wheel, travel mechanism and tensioning device.

    Crawler frame: symmetrical on both sides, 1 piece each. The box-type structure welded with high-strength steel plates, the frame installation and positioning is equipped with parallel pads, which has good guiding and wear-resistant effects.

    Driving wheel: connected to the planetary reducer housing with high-strength bolts.

    Trainer: adopts double flange design, built-in floating seal, self-lubricating.

    Tensioning wheel: adjust the tension of the crawler through the oil cylinder and adjustment pad.

    Sprocket wheel: the sprocket wheel has a built-in floating seal, self-lubricating.

    Crawler shoe: installed on the crawler beam.

    Travel mechanism: normally closed planetary gear reducer, strong travel power, extremely high flexibility and maneuverability. Multi-plate wet normally closed brake, spring brake, hydraulic release.

    Depending on the lifting mechanism, operating equipment and the position of the hook on the boom, there are 17 working conditions in the following five categories. Each condition provides its own lifting performance according to different turntable counterweight combinations.

    Hydraulic system

    The hydraulic proportional pilot control system can achieve load-independent flow distribution, precise speed, sensitive operation, and good micro-motion. The main valve can realize compound operation of multiple actions, with compact structure and convenient maintenance.

    The main hoist and auxiliary hoist can be double-pumped to easily achieve high and low speed control of the winch. The dedicated rotary buffer oil circuit design makes the rotary start and stop smooth and soft, meeting the needs of micro-motion and fine lifting operations.


    Electrical System

    The electrical system mainly includes the following parts: engine control, auxiliary equipment, hydraulic system control, torque limit and safety monitoring, data display, etc.

    The composition of the electrical system: conventional electrical system and PLC control system.

    The conventional electrical system includes power supply, starting control, control room air conditioning and audio, lighting, wipers, etc.

    The PLC control system includes the control of the main and auxiliary winches, rotation, main arm amplitude change and other actions, engine status monitoring, etc. All actions are controlled by PLC logic using CAN-bus technology.


    Engine System

    Type: In-line water-cooled, turbocharged, electronic fuel injection environmentally friendly Weichai WP12G460E300 engine, rated power 338kW, rated speed 1900rpm.

    Fuel tank capacity: 750L (optionally increased to 1100L).


    Counterweight

    The counterweight consists of the vehicle body counterweight and the turntable counterweight. The turntable counterweight is standardly 130t (optionally 135t), and the vehicle body counterweight is 50t.
