Fixed jib

. The fixed jib has variable cross-sections at both ends and a space truss structure with equal cross-section in the middle. The steel pipes are welded, and the top and root of the jib are reinforced with steel plates, which is more conducive to load transmission;

. The length of the fixed jib is between 13m and 42m, increasing by 6m;

. Composition: upper section arm 6.5m, lower section arm 6.5m, middle section arm is 6m × 1, 11.5m × 2; The available lengths of fixed jibs are 13m, 19m, 24.5m, 30.5m, 36m, 42m; It can be installed on the main arm with a length of 32m~62m.

Luffing jib

Installation / working mode switch

Emergency stop

Torque limiter

. An independent safety control system completely controlled by a computer. The torque limiter can automatically detect the weight of the crane, the working radius and the angle of the boom, and display the rated load, actual load, working radius and boom angle. Under normal operation, it can intelligently judge and automatically cut off the dangerous direction of the crane, and has a black box function to record overload lifting information;

Main and auxiliary lifting anti-overwinding device

. It is composed of a limit switch and a heavy hammer installed on the upper arm to prevent the lifting hook from overlifting. When the lifting hook is lifted to the upper limit, the limit switch is activated, the buzzer on the left control panel alarms, and the fault indicator light flashes, and the lifting action of the lifting hook is automatically cut off.

Main and auxiliary lifting over-release prevention device

. It consists of an action trigger device installed in the drum and a proximity switch to prevent the wire rope from being over-released. When the wire rope is released to the vicinity of the last three turns, the proximity switch is activated, the system alarms through the buzzer, displays the alarm information on the display, and automatically cuts off the lowering action of the winch.

Function lock

. If the function lock handle is not in place, all other function operating handles will be invalid, which can avoid misoperation caused by body collision when getting on or off the vehicle.
