Product component and system description

The under part

The under part includes a frame, a crawler frame and a traveling mechanism. The frame and crawler frame are connected by plug-in, and the crawler frame is extended and retracted by a hydraulic cylinder.

1.Frame and outriggers

The frame is made of high-strength steel plate and box-shaped structure, with a cross partition in the middle to enhance its torsional rigidity. It has a simple structure, strong load-bearing capacity and good rigidity.

It is equipped with outrigger cylinders for assembly, disassembly and transportation of the crane, and is hinged to the outside of the frame through a pin shaft.

2.Crawler frame

It includes a crawler beam and four wheels and one belt. The crawler beam adopts a box-shaped structure, and the connection part with the frame is partially strengthened, and a cross partition is set in the middle. The two crawler frames are arranged symmetrically. The four wheels and one belt are cast with high-strength alloy cast steel, and the crawler shoe width is 0.85m.

3.Traveling mechanism

The travel mechanism is driven by a built-in planetary gear reducer and an axial piston variable motor. The reducer is equipped with a hydraulic release travel brake, which is safe and reliable. The left and right travel mechanisms can be operated synchronously or individually to achieve straight travel and turning.

Hydraulic system

The main system adopts total power variable pump control, and the main actions of the crane adopt advanced hydraulic proportional control technology. The operator can control the movement direction and speed of each actuator by manipulating the movement direction and displacement size of the hydraulic control handle. It can adjust the speed steplessly and has good micro-motion.

The main hoist and auxiliary hoist have a double pump confluence function, which can easily realize high and low speed control of the winch. The dedicated slewing buffer oil circuit design makes the slewing start and stop smooth and soft, meeting the requirements of fine lifting operations.
